Today we began our day with our morning meeting. We talked about the new month of February, we counted from 1-20, did the days of the week song and continued singing our ABC's.

After our morning meeting we had some free choice time. We all love playing with the vet hospital toys.



We went to the gym after our free choice time. We ran a few races, and played a new game called the blob. We loved playing with our friends. 




 After we went to the gym we came back and had small group time. We worked with our letters and we explored independently with the balancing scale.

 Today was a wonderful Wednesday. We once again started our day playing with cars and magnets, due to popular demand.  We also got to go outside for some fun this morning. We enjoyed the swings and and going down the slides. In small group today we did the water rainbow experiment with paper towels. We added food coloring to cups, and then put the paper towels in to see if the colors would mix; and they did! Yesterday, our full day friends watercolor painted some coffee filters and made beautiful sun catchers. So, today our half day friends also made the sun catchers, and they turned out beautifully. We decided to hang up our sun catchers in the windows in our classroom.

 Happy Valentine's Day! We started our day by eating some yummy donuts. We went to the gym afterwards to run races and play red light green light. After we got back from the gym, we started our Valentine's Day party. We had a fun snack, decorated cookies, played a game with Hershey kisses and passed out our valentines. After our party Mrs. Douglas came in and read a book to us. We had so much fun today!
