Monday, February 13th, 2023

 We started our day with morning meeting, and free choice. We had fun playing with our vet hospital dramatic play area.

We then went to the gym and ran races, played with scooters and pool noodles. 


















We enjoyed jumping in the "pool" and playing the "drum" a lot.




We loved working on our surprise project in small group time.

 Today was a wonderful Wednesday. We once again started our day playing with cars and magnets, due to popular demand.  We also got to go outside for some fun this morning. We enjoyed the swings and and going down the slides. In small group today we did the water rainbow experiment with paper towels. We added food coloring to cups, and then put the paper towels in to see if the colors would mix; and they did! Yesterday, our full day friends watercolor painted some coffee filters and made beautiful sun catchers. So, today our half day friends also made the sun catchers, and they turned out beautifully. We decided to hang up our sun catchers in the windows in our classroom.

 Happy Valentine's Day! We started our day by eating some yummy donuts. We went to the gym afterwards to run races and play red light green light. After we got back from the gym, we started our Valentine's Day party. We had a fun snack, decorated cookies, played a game with Hershey kisses and passed out our valentines. After our party Mrs. Douglas came in and read a book to us. We had so much fun today!
